The candidate will participate in a team that organizes and oversees construction procedures and ensures they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Project Associate must be familiar with major construction methodologies and procedures and able to cooperate with several professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding the budget set. Αρμοδιότητες ΘέσηςCollaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of each projectMonitor, register and report all project aspects including budgeting, agreements with contractors, invoices, paymentsNegotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreementsObtain permits and licenses from appropriate authoritiesAssist in the planning of all construction operations to ensure deadlines will be metAssist in the supervision of the work of labourers, mechanics etc. and provide guidance when neededEnsure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issuesΑπαραίτητα ΠροσόνταExperience as construction project manager is necessaryProject management principlesFamiliarity with quality and health and safety standardsGood knowledge of MS OfficeFamiliarity with construction/ project management softwareOutstanding communication and negotiation skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsA team player with leadership abilitiesMeng/MSc/BSc/BA in civil engineeringPMP or equivalent certification will be an advantageΑποστολή Βιογραφικού
